1984-1986: Attended Springstead High School in Florida. Dropped out while repeating 9th grade.

1990: General Equivalence Diploma (GED)

1991-1993: Pasco-Hernando Community College Earned Associate of Arts Degree. Student Government President 1992-1993 North Campus

 

1993-1994: Florida State University - Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Science

 

1997- 2000: Nova Southeastern University - Master of Science Degree in Social Science Education. Became a U.S. Citizen in 2000

Teaching Experience with Orange County Public Schools
January 1996-1998: Alternative Education (Troubled & At-Risk Students) Through Orange County Public Schools, I worked at the Club, a Level VI program run by the Urban League as well as a Level II program run by Orange County in Pine Hills (Grades 6-12).

1998-2001: Lakeview Middle School (Microsociety Social Studies - 6th, 7th, & 8th and two years of 8th grade U.S. History) I was the sponsor of the Chess Club, Student Council from 1999 to 2001, Leadership Club 1999-2000, and yearbook sponsor for 2000-2001.

2001-2004: Gotha Middle School ( 8th grade US History) I was the Webmaster at Gotha, SAC Communications Chair, TV Productions instructor from 2001-2004, Student Council Sponsor, Co-Captain Relay for Life Team, Faculty Follies Co-Sponsor, Yearbook Sponsor for both the 2002-2003 & 2003-2004 editions. I was Gotha's Teacher of the Year for 2002-2003 and the 2003 Walmart Teacher of the Year for store # 0942.

2004 - Present: Apopka High School - (11th grade) American History & American History Honors. I'm the Sponsor of the Student Government Association, the History through Cinema Club, and the Chess Club. I also teach GED classes on the Wells Campus two nights a week.
